Privacy policy
Junior Fashion Boutique wants to be as transparent as possible about its handling of personal data by means of this privacy statement. This privacy statement therefore explains who we store and collect personal data from, what they are and for what purpose we do this. You can also read on the basis of which legal bases we collect personal data, with whom we share it and how we protect it. Finally, it explains what your rights are with regard to the personal data collected and stored by us.
From whom do we collect personal data?
Junior Fashion Boutique processes personal data of visitors to our websites, ticketshop and social media channels, visitors to the buildings where our activities take place, applicants and parties with whom we work.
What personal data do we collect from you?
- Name and contact details (including telephone numbers and e-mail addresses);
- Gender (male, female or non-binary, with a view to the desired salutation of correspondence addressed to you);
- Payment information (especially IBAN);
- Technical data, such as the IP address of your computer, tablet or smartphone, the web browser used, web pages visited, click and surfing behaviour, of the websites visited and the duration of the visit to our websites;
- Product and service data, such as products and services purchased through our activities, reservations made and events attended;
- Video images in and around the buildings in which our activities take place;
- Social media data (e.g. in connection with a question asked through our social media channels);
- Information about the use of our guest WiFi.
Why do we collect personal data?
We collect personal data that we receive directly from you, such as an email address when you indicate that you wish to receive information from us, or the data that you provide when purchasing products in the ticket shop or attending an event or activity in the buildings where our activities take place. But also, for example, if you make a reservation for one of our event, if you apply with us, give us a compliment or submit a complaint.
We also collect personal data when you use our websites and / or social media channels; we then collect data such as your IP address and the type of browser you use. These data are used exclusively to analyze how our site works. Your data (ie video images of you) will also be processed when recordings are made of you during a visit to our events complex by the security cameras present there.
For what purpose do we collect personal data?
We collect personal data for:
- the operation of our websites and social media channels;
- marketing purposes and maintaining customer relationships;
- the recruitment and selection of employees and volunteers;
- the protection of the safety of persons and the surveillance of property in the buildings where our activities take place;
- providing services and products to business relations;
- for contact investigations in connection with corona measures.
- For example, in some situations it is necessary for Junior Fashion Boutique to process your personal data in order to implement or enter into an agreement, for example if you buy tickets online or at our ticket office on location. If you do not share the necessary information with us, we will not be able to complete certain transactions or fulfill agreements made.
The legal bases on which we collect personal data
We collect personal data based on your consent, to fulfill our contractual obligations, to comply with our legal obligations and in our legitimate interest.
Examples of legitimate interest include being able to maintain contacts with our relations, protecting and monitoring the buildings in which our activities take place or offering a properly functioning website.
Sharing of personal data
Junior Fashion Boutique shares your personal data with processors and any sub-processors engaged by them because, for example, Junior Fashion Boutique has engaged a third party for a service such as the online sale of tickets or the hosting provider of our website.
Where appropriate, we share data with parties outside the European Union. We may also share personal data with parties outside the European Union, who do not provide an adequate level of protection for the processing of personal data. When we do so, we ensure that this is in accordance with the law and that this is done by using (for example) the European model contracts for the processing of personal data.
We reserve the right to disclose your personal data to government agencies or by order of the government if we are required to do so by law.
Retention period of personal data
Junior Fashion Boutique does not process more personal data than is necessary. In addition, we do not store your personal data longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. The retention period differs per personal data and the purpose for which it was collected.

Junior Fashion Boutique does its utmost to protect your personal data against loss and unlawful use. Naturally, we have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, but all Junior Fashion Boutique employees who become aware of personal data in the context of their position are also regularly trained in awareness and rules in the field of privacy and security.

- to object to profiling;

Amendments
Junior Fashion Boutique reserves the right to change this privacy statement. The most recent version is always available on the relevant website of the activities that we organize. We therefore recommend that you regularly check our websites for new versions and study them. This privacy statement was last amended on 11 November 2020.
